PRODUCT & SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary depending on your screen. All items are subject to availability. If the product(s) or service(s) you ordered are unavailable, we may offer an alternative of equal or higher value, or the order may be canceled.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER Completion of the online checkout process does not constitute acceptance of your order. Our acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the product(s) or commence services. If we cannot supply a product or service, we will notify you via email or call and issue a refund via store credit or voucher. Refunds will generally be issued in PKR. Clothifi reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or other reasons.

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER Clothifi products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may be responsible for import duties or customs fees. We deliver to the home or office address provided at checkout. PO boxes are not accepted. Deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We may attempt delivery twice before canceling the order. Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

LINKS Our website may contain links to external sites for your convenience. Clothifi does not have control over these sites and assumes no liability for their content.

MODIFICATIONS Clothifi may revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.

GOVERNING LAW These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
